How far in advance should I book?
Book as soon as your travel times are known, especially for an early departure, late arrival or a particular vehicle. Last-minute requests depend on availability. For a return booking, sharing both flights from the outset makes each transfer easier to organise.
What time should my chauffeur collect me?
Start with your airline’s recommended airport arrival time, then allow for the road journey and a suitable traffic margin. The terminal, checked luggage and formalities also matter. Your take-off time alone is therefore not enough to set your pick-up time.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Provide your flight number and date when booking, then tell Odyscab about any changes you become aware of. Pick-up arrangements are reviewed according to the flight’s progress and the agreed terms. Waiting time and any booking changes depend on the conditions confirmed with you.
Where do I meet my chauffeur on arrival?

Is your airport shuttle private or shared?
