Your addresses, timings and luggage help us arrange a journey that fits your plans.

Odyscab accompanies you across Paris and ÃŽle-de-France, from classic private hire to premium chauffeur services. Smart presentation, a considerate welcome and help with luggage are at the heart of our service, whether you are travelling alone, with family or on business.

Your vehicle is reserved for you and your companions. An electric saloon, a business saloon or a chauffeur-driven van: choose the option that suits your passenger numbers and actual luggage volume. Explore all Odyscab services.

SIX STATIONS, COUNTLESS JOURNEYS

Your station.
Your starting point.

Every station has its own entrances, halls and arrangements. Find useful guidance to prepare your chauffeur transfer.

Paris Montparnasse · Western and south-western France

Montparnasse station transfer: your journey starts at your door.

Arrive at Montparnasse, then enjoy Paris at your own pace. Illustrative image.

A TGV to Bordeaux, a return from Brittany, a few days in Nantes: Montparnasse serves journeys to western and south-western France. Your private chauffeur at Montparnasse station connects your train with your address. From a hotel, apartment or office, your pick-up is planned around your departure time and the time needed to reach your platform.

On arrival, provide your train number and the hall shown in your travel information. The station has several levels: agreeing a clear meeting point avoids searching for one another with luggage. You receive meeting instructions suited to your arrival and the permitted vehicle access points.

Your Montparnasse–Orly transfer, or a journey to CDG or another station, can be booked as the next stage of your rail journey. For family travel, let us know about child seats, a pushchair and large suitcases so we can plan a suitable vehicle.

Your next departure, already planned

Find guidance for this pick-up on our page about chauffeur transfers at Montparnasse station. For a return booking, provide details of both trains: each journey has its own meeting arrangements.

Paris Gare de Lyon · The pleasure of travelling onwards

Gare de Lyon transfer: a smooth next step after your arrival.

A black saloon on a Paris street outside a pale-stone station facade with a clock tower
Gare de Lyon, a stop between your train and your destination. Illustrative image.

The clock tower welcomes you to Paris; your next stop might be a hotel in the Marais, a meeting in Bercy or a visit to family in ÃŽle-de-France. Booking a Gare de Lyon transfer lets you plan this connection before you even board the train. A saloon for an individual journey or a van for several travellers: your luggage also helps determine the right choice.

The station has several halls and entrances. When booking, provide your train number, its origin and scheduled arrival time. Your meeting point is confirmed with clear directions; if you change exits, let your chauffeur know before moving. Pick-up locations may change with traffic conditions and local rules.

Connecting to Orly, CDG or Montparnasse?

Your Gare de Lyon–airport transfer is planned around the whole journey. Landing or departure times, airport formalities and a traffic allowance matter as much as the drive itself. For a station connection, provide both train details: allow time to leave one platform and reach the next as part of your schedule.

Paris Gare du Nord · International journeys

Gare du Nord transfer: a welcome worthy of your journey.

A black van outside a grand Paris station facade decorated with statues in golden light
A chauffeur and an onward destination already arranged. Illustrative image.

After a Eurostar journey or a train from northern France, a pre-booked vehicle makes a pleasant start to your Paris stay. Your Gare du Nord transfer takes you to your hotel, business address or home. Heading to La Défense, a meeting near the Champs-Élysées or Roissy? Provide the full destination address so we can prepare your transfer.

For visitors arriving from abroad, a few details make the welcome easier: a phone number reachable in France, the name on the booking and the train number. You can request an English-speaking chauffeur when booking, subject to availability. Meeting arrangements are agreed before pick-up to avoid complicated exchanges in a busy station.

International departures: allow time for boarding

When travelling to the station for Eurostar, follow the operator’s recommended arrival time for your ticket and destination. Your chauffeur needs to drop you off before that deadline, not simply before the train departs. Book your private Gare du Nord transfer with a suitable time allowance, especially when starting outside Paris.

Paris Est · The Grand Est region and beyond

Gare de l’Est transfer: your Paris journey made simple.

A black saloon outside a pale-stone Paris station facade with a large semicircular glass window
Gare de l’Est: reach your appointments with a pre-booked chauffeur. Illustrative image.

Strasbourg, Reims, Metz or Nancy: Gare de l’Est connects Paris with many cities in the Grand Est region, as well as international destinations. For a day of meetings or a weekend in the capital, your chauffeur at Gare de l’Est takes you to your chosen address. A hotel near République, offices at Opéra or a destination in Seine-et-Marne: transport is arranged around your plans.

Business travel sometimes involves several stops. Let us know if you need to leave a suitcase at your hotel, collect a colleague or continue to another meeting. These requests are reviewed in advance to confirm the route, expected duration and price. You know what your service includes before the day begins.

The right station, at the right time

Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est are neighbours, but serve different trains. Check the exact station name on your ticket and provide it with your travel date. For your Gare de l’Est transfer, this matters on your return journey too: your booking needs to match the train you actually take. Tell Odyscab if your station, train or time changes.

Paris Saint-Lazare · Normandy & Paris appointments

Saint-Lazare station transfer: comfort between appointments.

A black saloon near a pale-stone Paris station and its glass entrance under a blue sky
Saint-Lazare, between a Normandy escape and a day in Paris. Illustrative image.

Returning from Rouen, leaving for Caen or enjoying a Normandy break: Saint-Lazare serves holidays and business journeys alike. In this lively neighbourhood, your Saint-Lazare station transfer is booked for an organised pick-up. Continue to a hotel, restaurant, event or your company’s offices, with your luggage on board.

For a business day, choose a vehicle that suits the way you travel. A saloon is suitable for an individual or a small number of passengers; a van may be preferable for a team with several suitcases. Provide passenger numbers and luggage volume so we can confirm a suitable category without compromising comfort.

A journey planned all the way to your address

Your transfer from Saint-Lazare can take you to La Défense, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Boulogne-Billancourt or another town in the region. If you are returning by train that evening, book the return transfer too, providing the actual address of your final appointment. Discover our private station shuttle service to arrange journeys between your station, accommodation and appointments.

Paris Austerlitz · A gentle arrival

Austerlitz station transfer: keep the journey relaxed.

A black van outside a station facade with five arched windows and a long sunlit glass train shed
Austerlitz, a pre-booked connection for the next stage of your journey. Illustrative image.

Intercités, regional services and overnight trains give Austerlitz its distinctive rhythm. After an early arrival, you may want to head straight home, to a Left Bank hotel or to an address outside central Paris. An Austerlitz station transfer booked in advance lets you arrange this final stage without having to plan it as you step off the train.

For an overnight train, check the arrival date carefully: it may differ from the date at the start of your journey. Provide your train number and contact phone number too. The meeting point is confirmed according to available access and your needs, particularly if you are travelling with children or bulky luggage.

A thoughtful welcome, down to the details

If you have booked station assistance, mention it when requesting transport so we can coordinate the next stage. Rail assistance remains arranged with the train operator. Your Austerlitz–home transfer can also continue to Orly, another station or a more distant destination, once the route and vehicle availability have been confirmed.

A MEETING POINT THAT IS EASY TO PLAN

Your train.
The details that matter.

For your station transfer, provide the train number, date, exact station and scheduled arrival time. Keep your phone reachable: your chauffeur will confirm the meeting point according to permitted access.

A delay or a change of station? Let Odyscab know as soon as you hear. Your pick-up time is reviewed with you based on the new plans and your booking conditions.

USEFUL GUIDANCE IN BOTH DIRECTIONS

On departure.
And on arrival.

01

Getting to your train

Your journey to the station begins at the address you provide: home, hotel, office or another agreed location. When setting the pick-up time, allow for the drive, traffic conditions and the time needed to reach your train with luggage.

Share your operator’s recommended arrival time, especially for international travel. Drop-off takes place at a permitted access point; allow time to reach your platform from there.

02

Continuing after the train

Your private chauffeur meets you at the agreed point to take you onwards. Mention large suitcases, a pushchair or any mobility needs so we can prepare a suitable welcome.

A welcome with a name board can be requested when booking. For assistance inside the station or as far as the train, check the options available from your train operator separately.

And room for everyone.

A family train journey sometimes needs a little more space and planning. For your station transfer with children, provide their ages and have suitable seats confirmed before booking. Remember the pushchair, bags and suitcases you will actually be bringing.

A chauffeur-driven van lets us consider a shared journey for your family or small group. Send us passenger numbers and luggage volume: we help you plan the right vehicle, without assuming that every suitcase will fit in every configuration.

Dogs, cats and small pets are welcome in our vehicles, with an IATA crate or without a crate according to the arrangements agreed when booking. Tell us your pet’s species, size and weight, and the crate dimensions if you have one.

Your pet-friendly transfer connects the station with your home, hotel or any other agreed address. Remember luggage and the number of accompanying passengers when choosing your vehicle.

Your train operator’s rules still apply to your pet’s journey on the train.

When welcoming a colleague or client, provide the traveller’s name and a phone number reachable on the day. Specify the vehicle category, luggage and meeting arrangements to prepare a thoughtful arrival.

If your schedule includes several appointments, a chauffeur at your disposal can be arranged by quotation. This is planned around the duration and route, beyond a single station transfer.

Your questions
about station transfers

Useful information, from your first quote to meeting your chauffeur.

How do I book a Paris station transfer?

Enter your pick-up and destination addresses, date, time, passenger numbers and luggage in the Odyscab calculator. For an arrival pick-up, add your train details. Choose your vehicle and check the conditions before confirming. You can also contact us to discuss a special request.

How much does a train station transfer cost?

The price depends on the route, vehicle category and requirements specified when booking. The examples on this page are a guide; the calculator or your quote confirms the amount for your exact addresses. Mention extra stops, bulky luggage or particular equipment when requesting your journey.

Where do I meet my chauffeur when my train arrives?

The meeting point depends on the station and permitted access. It may differ from the platform or exit you usually use. Keep your phone reachable and follow the directions you receive. A welcome with a name board should be requested when booking, with arrangements confirmed in advance.

What happens if my train is delayed?

Tell Odyscab as soon as you know about a timetable change and share the updated information. Your pick-up is reviewed with you as your journey develops. Waiting and amendment conditions are those agreed for your booking; a delay does not automatically mean unlimited waiting.

How early should I arrive at the station?

Follow your train operator’s recommendations, then add the driving time and an allowance for traffic. Also allow time to get from the drop-off point to the train with your luggage. International departures may require more time for checks and boarding deadlines.

Can I book a transfer between two stations?

Yes, for example between Gare du Nord and Montparnasse, or Gare de Lyon and Gare de l’Est. Provide both train references and times. Allow enough time to leave the first station, cross Paris and reach the second train, with a suitable buffer.

Do you provide station transfers to Orly and CDG?

Yes, transfers between Paris stations and Orly or Roissy–Charles-de-Gaulle can be arranged in advance. Provide your train and flight details and times. For a flight departure, allow for check-in and security; on arrival, allow time to collect your luggage before meeting your chauffeur.

Which vehicle should I choose for several travellers and their luggage?

A saloon may suit one or several passengers with an appropriate luggage volume. A van can be arranged for a family or small group. Provide the exact passenger count, suitcases and dimensions where needed: capacity must be confirmed for the chosen configuration.

Are children and pets welcome?

Yes. For a child, provide their age and have a suitable seat confirmed. For a pet, specify its species, size and weight. It can travel with an IATA crate or without a crate in the vehicle, according to the agreed arrangements. Your train operator’s rules apply on board the train.

Is your station shuttle private?

Yes, the vehicle is reserved for your journey and your companions. You do not share a collection route with other bookings. The pick-up point, destination and stops are agreed in advance to arrange station transport around your plans.

Can I arrange an early pick-up, late return or return transfer?

These journeys can be considered by advance booking, subject to availability. Request your transfer as soon as your tickets are confirmed. For a return booking, specify both dates, times, trains and luggage requirements separately: each direction may need different arrangements.

Can I travel to a station from another town?

Yes, a pick-up in ÃŽle-de-France or a long-distance station transfer can be considered by quotation. Provide the full address, station, date and train time. For departures or arrivals elsewhere in France, also specify any stops and return journey so we can prepare a suitable proposal.
